The Proceedings of QCMC2012 will be published by the American Institute of Physics. The proceedings volume will be a hardcover book. An online version will be published simultaneously with the printed book. The book and its online version will have a volume number in the AIP Conference Proceedings Series, ISSN and ISBN. All conference participants will be sent one copy of the proceedings volume and will also have free unlimited access to the online version for one year.
Manuscript preparation
All presenters are encouraged to submit a manuscript. The instructions and templates for preparing the manuscript can be found at http://proceedings.aip.org/proceedings/6×9.jsp.
Manuscripts not complying with the AIP instructions or with the necessary forms missing cannot be published.
Remember that your manuscript will be published as is from the PDF file you supplied. AIP will not recompile or typeset any papers.
The papers will be subject to review.
Space allocation
- Posters: 3 pages
- Contributed talks: 4 pages
- Invited talks: 6 pages
- Award talks: 10 pages.
Submission
Submission to the Proceedings of QCMC 2012 is now open. To submit the manuscript, please email the following to office@QCMC2012.org by 01 March 2013:
- Subject: “Proceedings - corresponding paper number in the conference program”
- A PDF file with your manuscript
- An archive file with the source files (e.g. LaTeX text + EPS graphics)
- The copyright transfer form and other forms as explained in the instructions.
In the subject of the e-mail and in the body of your email, please indicate the number of the corresponding paper in the Conference Program (see menu item “Program – Talks [Day of week]“. e.g. P1-30 or MON-1). The title of the paper may differ from that presented at the meeting, but the manuscript contents must be closely related to your conference presentation.
